Updated Review – Dentists of Midlothian & Orthodontics Although my first visit to this office was not a very good experience, I wanted to take a moment to update my review after giving them another opportunity to make things right. After my initial visit, I called and spoke with the office manager regarding several concerns I had. She was extremely understanding, took the time to genuinely listen to my perspective, and worked with me to come up with a plan to address the issues. I want to specifically commend her for going above and beyond, she showed real care, empathy, and professionalism throughout the entire conversation. During my second visit, I had a much better experience overall. The staff was more attentive, the dentist took the time to thoroughly explain her diagnosis and answer my questions, and the dental hygienist did an amazing job making me feel comfortable during my cleaning. I truly appreciate the effort this office made to turn my experience around. Many places might have simply acknowledged my concerns and moved on, but this team showed that they genuinely care about their patients and about maintaining their trust. Because of that, I am willing to continue coming here and would recommend giving them a chance, especially since they demonstrated a strong commitment to customer care and improvement.
