Dr Taylor, Melanie and Patrick were very professional and both gentle with their hands while delivering information regarding my gums. Ms Tanya very professional and went above and beyond to see any adjustments can be made for a payment plan(payment plans, credit card low payment) so flexible. All staff were very educated in their area of dental hygiene and procedures that are required. All are pleasant and friendly. Felt so welcome and I didn’t mind the wait. Their customer service and medical team etiquette IS SUPER STAR AMAZING!
